The initial call is a practical working session, not a generic product demo. We will ask what outcome matters, how the process works today, which tools and data are involved, and where delays, lost opportunities, or repetitive work appear. If automation is a good fit, we will outline the most useful starting point and the information needed to scope it accurately.
You do not need a technical specification before contacting us. A clear business problem, a current workflow, or even a result you have struggled to achieve is enough to begin. For a more productive call, bring examples of the work involved, the approximate volume, the people who own the process, and any security or compliance constraints we should consider.
After the conversation, the next step may be a focused audit, a fixed-scope implementation proposal, or flexible hourly support. If the project is not a strong fit for AI or automation, we will say so and suggest a simpler direction where possible.
